Description

Been listening to Christopher Awdry's books on youtube thanks to Newcontroller01 tapes told by Ted Robbins. While the books aren't as good as his fathers, they are just as good and I love Clive Sponge's illustrations. They have the detail and realism of Peter Gunvor and Edwards but the brightness and colorfulness of Dalby. This illustration is from James and the Diesel engines where Gordon and Douglas talk about their colors on the other railway.
